Ayurveda has been in great demand for the total well-being of a person. Pitta Dosha has qualities such as fats and hot. To balance the Dosha need fresh food that can soften the body temperature and benefit of the entire body system. The person must consume large amount of milk, mild spices such as coriander and that are good for people of pita olive oil. This person to avoid foods include fried, spicy foods.
Kapha dosha has properties such as cold and fats. These people have to include more light and dry food. Foods that have a bitter including had inflated rice and green leaves are recommended. Kapha imbalance can develop as lung disorders and other diseases of heart, which is why these people have that they consume large amounts of dried fruits.
Healthy eating habits is required to be active and healthy all the time. Ayurvedic diet insists on having foods in moderate amounts and time intervals. Food should be consumed at a moderate pace and drink plenty of water. Ayurvedic diet includes portions of fruits and vegetables provide fiber and carbohydrates that can provide all the nutrients to the body and increase the resistance of the body. Drinking water between meals is a bad habit and Ayurvedic strictly prohibits this habit. Regular exercise including yoga you can rejuvenate your mind and body and relax the body functioning.
